Thus, it is with great joy that we are coming up with a published version of the institution’s Faculty Manual. The implementation of the contents of this Manual is envisioned to provide the foundation for a CULTURE OF EXCELLENCE… excellence that has to permeate our beliefs and behavior in the conduct of our operations, that which can lead us towards the attainment of our vision and mission.
The ESGA/COSGA school system believes that each student is a unique individual who needs a secure, caring and stimulating environment in which to grow and mature emotionally, intellectually, physically and socially, thus providing them with quality education at an affordable rate through the guidance of competent teachers who nurture their total development as human beings and global citizens who glorify God.
